locations and now funds over $150 million a year in residential mortgages.

Garden State Mortgage is based in New Jersey and licensed as a mortgage banker.
We are a FHA Direct Endorsed Lender of government insured loans and conventional
real estate loans throughout the state of New Jersey.
Depending on the circumstances and needs of our borrower all mortgage loans at our
company are handled in one of two ways. Most commonly mortgages are funded directly
from the company's credit lines. After these loans are funded they eventually make
their way into the secondary market. In general mortgage bankers make assets available
from the world-wide capital markets to homeowners through standardized and reliable
lending guidelines. Our company is approved to originate and fund all types of Freddie
Mac, Fannie Mae, FHA and VA programs.
The second most common transactions includes placement with a third party lender for funding.
In this capacity Garden State Mortgage may act as a mortgage broker. Many specialty mortgage
products including some "No-Doc" and commercial real estate mortgages are handled this way.
The mortgage industry is always changing. Since our first year in business our staff has been
active members of the Mortgage Bankers Association of New Jersey (MBA-NJ), National Association
of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB), and the League of Mortgage Lenders (LML). The knowledge gained from
participation in these trade organizations has helped us better serve our customers through the years.
