	ONE YEAR COMMITMENTS PROGRAM OVERVIEW This program is designed for permanent financing after construction of a residential property. An initial Appraisal is performed, loan is processed and underwritten and upon approval a One Year Commitment is issued. Customer accepts the commitment and application disclosures as determined by the loan amount. Construction is completed within one year commitment period. Credit worthiness is verified and final inspection is performed prior to closing. Loan closes.
